TP A6: Effects of immune-complexes with sialylated IgG antibodies on dendritic cells and T cell differentiation

The effector function of IgG antibodies is dependent on the IgG subclass and the IgG Fc N-glycosylation pattern. Our laboratory investigates the development and function of differentially glycosylated IgG subclass antibodies.

In this project, we investigate signals that lead to differently glycosylated IgG antibodies and the effects of differently glycosylated (IgG) immune complexes on dendritic cells and (subsequently) T cell differentiation in the context of inflammatory autoimmune diseases.
